Because every item is custom printed on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please double-check sizing charts and order details carefully before purchasing.
We will replace or refund your order, free of charge, if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
Your item was misprinted or doesn't match what you ordered
Your order never arrives (lost in transit) and tracking confirms non-delivery
To request a replacement or refund, email info@haileycat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We'll get a resolution — replacement or refund — sent your way within 2 business days of approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
